Rachel has been in the dental sector for over 12 years having previously worked in HR Recruitment. She started started off as Lead Implant Nurse when she joined Ascent in 2018 then moving to Treatment Coordinator, before being promoted to Practice Manager in Loughborough in 2021 and finally Area Manager in 2023 She says that her inspiration is the team at ascent as they love what they do, seeing patients smile inspires them , and most of all. they care - That's why she loves ascent.
