Charlotte qualified as a dental nurse in 2016 and worked in general practice before joining Ascent Dental Care Tamworth in 2017. Since joining the team Charlotte has undertaken the role of Orthodontic Department Lead working closely alongside Dr Gursh Bajwa. She has also undertaken further studies, supported by the Practice, including impression taking, sedation nursing and radiography including further training allowing her to take CBCT scans under prescription. Having completed all of this training Charlotte undertook the formal NEBDN qualification in Orthodontic Dental Nursing. We are delighted that Charlottes hard work has enabled her to be accepted onto the Orthodontic Therapist training course and she is now undertaking her formal training to become a qualified orthodontic therapist. Charlotte says the best part of her role is meeting all of our lovely patients and she especially likes being involved in changing peoples smiles.
