Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve been my appointments have been on time and quick, and my dentist is really professional and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general dentistry or orthodontic/ cosmetic treatment.

Having recently moved into the area we visited Ascent. I have been blown away by the service I received. I had a problematic tooth & was seen by a specialist who did a root canal & the results are unbelievable! Today was my 2nd visit to the hygienist who was very pleased with improvements to my gums following her recommended regime previously. The service from receptionists, dentist, specialist & Tabya my hygienist have me faultless. This practice is first class & so glad we moved there.

I recently completed my teeth whitening process at Ascent in Loughborough with Dr Jyoti Parmar. This was made a little more difficult due to me having a dead tooth and a veneer at the front, however the whole process was explained and Jyoti made sure I was content with all steps.

After completing my at home whitening I had to be matched up for my new veneers, I then had to have the two dead teeth shaved down and prepared for veneer fitting. During the period my veneers were being made one of my teeth chipped and Jyoti got me in as soon as she could to assess if the veneers could still be fitted. All was well and I had my veneers fitted the next day.

The finished whitened smile with new veneers, also closing my gaps slightly looks amazing and has already given me more confidence, the teeth are lots whiter and the veneers look natural. Overall I’m extremely pleased with how my procedure turned out, the communication and levels of professionalism from all at ascent! If you’re thinking of having some whitening done or replacing veneers go with ascent, you won’t be disappointed!

I couldn’t recommend Ascent highly enough, especially for patients who are nervous about going to the dentist. Every member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and made me feel totally at ease, even though I was very anxious about visiting the dentist. I requested a new patient consultation and was seen by my dentist Mandeep and dental nurse Alex later that same week. Mandeep was so patient and thorough and explained the treatment I required clearly every step of the way and Alex was lovely and so reassuring. Again, appointments for the treatment were available straight away and Mandeep and dental nurse Hollie were so calming and professional. I was so happy with the service throughout this initial consultation and treatment that I have joined Ascent as a member and will continue to come for my routine check-ups and I no longer feel frightened about the prospect of a dentist visit!

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. Got me in on an emergency appointment. Very friendly and informative staff there. I’m a nervous patient and they were very understanding and patient with me. Encouraging and empathetic throughout the whole procedure of having a tooth out. Definitely recommend.

I broke off a very old crown but Ascent gave me an appointment really quickly. Thorough examination and x-ray shows it can’t be replaced but explained why so, and given various options to consider. Another appointment booked in next week to progress. Very satisfied with the overall patient care provided.

This place is absolutely amazing the customer care and attention to detail is 5 star. Excellent service. 10 out of 10 at every stage of contact with Ascent. First: Almost instant phone call back following enquiry submitted on the website. Then: scheduling an appointment over the phone by super clear & efficient receptionist, followed by txt reminders & txt pre medical forms in prep for appointment. Then: Arriving in the clean, professional clinic, instantly information pack provided with pricing, info about surgery, payments plans & my dr qualification & experience. And finally: this was my 5th Invisalign consult & dr Gursh’s approach is just entire new level to anything you’ve ever experienced. Professional, efficient, attentive & perfectionist. Wealth of knowledge & fluency at every stage of examination. Recently I had root canal work done by Dr Jesal Savania to cure and rescue an infected tooth. I dreaded what was to come when I heard that I’d have to undergo a root canal procedure. I need not have worried!! Jesal was quite an amazing surgical expert. I experienced negligible pain and was kept informed all the way through about what was happening and before I knew it, it was done. What is also incredible was that the whole procedure was carried out through an existing crown. The crown was created some decades earlier but rather than waste it, Jesal was so skilled he rescued both crown and underlying tooth and left me feeling calm and even relaxed in the dentist chair when it was all done ! This excellent dentist and the dental practice are to be congratulated on an excellent outcome. Thank you!

Jyoti and Alex made me feel really comfortable when having my composite bonding done and the results are amazing. I only wanted a subtle change to my teeth and a natural look, would highly recommend this practice.
