Amazing experience every time I’ve been. I was petrified of having my first root canal and was completely put at ease. No pain at all (genuinely!) and the aftercare was incredible. I’ve had a lot of dental treatment in the past and never had everything explained so thoroughly and clearly, never rushed through. Highly recommend!

The treatment teceived from my dentist (Shiv) and his nurse (Holly) was excellent.. i had a crown fitted amd the whole process was went very smoothly. Shiv explained clearly all the steps he was taking and took great care to ensure the crown was a good fit.
I am extremely pleased with the end result.

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. I’m very happy with the treatment I have had as it has saved me losing a tooth. I can highly recommend the team at Ascent, Loughborough

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

Got me in on an emergency appointment. Very friendly and informative staff there. I’m a nervous patient and they were very understanding and patient with me. Encouraging and empathetic throughout the whole procedure of having a tooth out. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Thank you to the amazing team at Loughborough for a very pleasant experience.

Mandeep is honestly just an angel! ❤️❤️ I came in with my little boy on Friday who has quite severe learning disabilities and once again she was as lovely as ever! She just gives such a warm welcome! William didn’t want to sit in the chair and was already pretty stressed, so Mandeep just whizzed over on her chair and had a look in his mouth whilst he was stood up, rather than wait for him to get more distressed! It made it so much easier that she just got on with it in the way Wills was happiest!

So I first started coming here as a temporary measure during lockdown when I couldn’t get an nhs appointment as everywhere was shut and I was in DESPERATE need of a dentist. However Mandeep is just soooo lovely that instead of only coming to fix the issues I had during lockdown, we’ve instead signed both myself, my partner, and our 2 kids, on to membership plans because honestly she’s just so lovely, we’d feel like we were cheating if we went anywhere else 😂😂 We love her so much that she actually regularly come up in conversation when we’re debating buying junk food from on the food shop! Neither of us want to disappoint Mandeep… we always threaten each other with “I’ll tell Mandeep next time I see her if you buy that” 😂 If she ever leaves we’ll be going with her because she’s the nicest person everrrrr!!!

I couldn’t recommend Ascent highly enough, especially for patients who are nervous about going to the dentist. Every member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and made me feel totally at ease, even though I was very anxious about visiting the dentist. I requested a new patient consultation and was seen by my dentist Mandeep and dental nurse Alex later that same week. Mandeep was so patient and thorough and explained the treatment I required clearly every step of the way and Alex was lovely and so reassuring. Again, appointments for the treatment were available straight away and Mandeep and dental nurse Hollie were so calming and professional. I was so happy with the service throughout this initial consultation and treatment that I have joined Ascent as a member and will continue to come for my routine check-ups and I no longer feel frightened about the prospect of a dentist visit!

Having recently moved into the area we visited Ascent. I have been blown away by the service I received. I had a problematic tooth & was seen by a specialist who did a root canal & the results are unbelievable! Today was my 2nd visit to the hygienist who was very pleased with improvements to my gums following her recommended regime previously. The service from receptionists, dentist, specialist & Tabya my hygienist have me faultless. This practice is first class & so glad we moved there.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve been my appointments have been on time and quick, and my dentist is really professional and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general dentistry or orthodontic/ cosmetic treatment.

I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier!
