I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

Ascent Dental Care has professional and friendly staff who always provide excellent treatment. I had dental implants last year and am very pleased with the outcome. Before starting and throughout the procedure the staff explained exactly what was happening and what was involved. This was very important to me.

Received their usual professional friendly and efficient service. The practice has provided me with great advice on my dental health. My hygienist Tayba, aided by Alex, is most helpful and thorough in monitoring ongoing progress with my gum hygiene and cleaning.

If you want to be looked after and have great teeth then this is the place to go! There is nothing I can fault about this company. They have always been so friendly, professional, always had appointment times, kept in touch to confirm appointments and the place is always spotless and smells amazing! Cleanliness is 10/10 too. They go the extra mile, sending little cards to wish you well with your new braces. I had one to say we hope your getting on with your new brace and another to say we hope you are loving your new smile! I am extremely happy with my results and I would high recommend this dentist to anyone!

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Thank you to the amazing team at Loughborough for a very pleasant experience.
