I want to say an extra big thank you to Mandeep (dentist) and Ellie (nurse) for being with me every step of the way, your aftercare and support has been overwhelming and I’m so so pleased with the end result 😊. I had a lingual brace fitted to my top teeth with Ascent Dental last year and I am very pleased with the results. I had some overcrowding and crookedness which has now been resolved and I feel much more confident with my smile! I would definitely recommend this type of brace if you are wishing to straighten your teeth invisibly, no one even noticed that I had a brace unless I pointed it out. The staff were very helpful and supportive during my treatment. I am now considering having my bottom teeth done with the same type of brace.

The treatment teceived from my dentist (Shiv) and his nurse (Holly) was excellent.. i had a crown fitted amd the whole process was went very smoothly. Shiv explained clearly all the steps he was taking and took great care to ensure the crown was a good fit.
I am extremely pleased with the end result.

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. I’m very happy with the treatment I have had as it has saved me losing a tooth. I can highly recommend the team at Ascent, Loughborough

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve been my appointments have been on time and quick, and my dentist is really professional and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general dentistry or orthodontic/ cosmetic treatment.

I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

Jes and the team were fantastic! I had multiple route canals. Overall lasted about 90 mins … minimal pain honestly I felt a tiny amount of pain for no more than 1 minute throughout. Jes and his assistant were very conscientious, I was numbed at the start and throughout was asked if was doing okay.
I was little nervous beforehand, but actually could have napped midway through !
The chilled out ibiza tunes in the background in the room made for an even more relaxing atmosphere
Dont delay, have a root canal with Jes and Co.

Good Morning, following my wife: Gilly’s, superb experience at Ascent l have bitten the bullet and have had treatment myself. Since a child l have had wonkey teeth and have been overly conscious of my smile. I booked in to see Jyoti: who worked a minor miracle on Gilly’s broken front tooth, and how glad l am, although l suspect all the dentists have the same expertise. I had my initial appraisal and after a thorough check up and discussion l decided on composite bonding preceeded by home teeth whitening. The whitening was followed by a further appointment to finalise the bonding work and see a mock up that Jyoti had made showing me how my teeth would look after bonding. Once agreed, the game was on😬😬, Final appointment 2 weeks later and I shouldn’t have worried, 2 1/2 hours in the chair and the work was completed with no injections, no pain, slight discomfort but to be expected. Then came the big reveal, no fanfare or band playing, just Jyoti and her dental tech smiling and holding a mirror for me to look at my, “new” self. I can’t accurately describe how l felt, after so many years of smiling with a closed mouth or the hand over my mouth, l could now see straight white: not too white, gleaming teeth, overjoyed about sums it up. Anyway, enough of me, Jyoti is in my opinion a fabulous dentist with a smashing manner and approach, not at all pushy and is respectful of her patients input, faultless. When you then add the fantastic and friendly girls/ladies on reception, in my case Caitlan and Ellie, the whole dentist experience is on a level l have never felt before in a dentists surgery. Bottom line, Gilly and l have fallen on our feet choosing Ascent and have now joined their care plan. Thanks to all. Rgds Peter Battersby JP

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

If you want to be looked after and have great teeth then this is the place to go! There is nothing I can fault about this company. They have always been so friendly, professional, always had appointment times, kept in touch to confirm appointments and the place is always spotless and smells amazing! Cleanliness is 10/10 too. They go the extra mile, sending little cards to wish you well with your new braces. I had one to say we hope your getting on with your new brace and another to say we hope you are loving your new smile! I am extremely happy with my results and I would high recommend this dentist to anyone!
