I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I NEVER believed I’d EVER be able to sit in a dentist chair and have 3 fillings done, but today, I did, Thanks to Mandeep (Dentist) and Lisa. I was a shivering, shaking, crying, nervous wreck! I felt totally in control the entire time, she went at my pace, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt very looked after. Didn’t feel a thing, not even the injection (Bad needle phobia) She is amazing at her job. The service I received was outstanding. So pleased I’ve actually found such a fantastic Dentist. The girls on reception are so lovely, warm and welcoming, they make you feel very relaxed.

I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier! If you want to be looked after and have great teeth then this is the place to go! There is nothing I can fault about this company. They have always been so friendly, professional, always had appointment times, kept in touch to confirm appointments and the place is always spotless and smells amazing! Cleanliness is 10/10 too. They go the extra mile, sending little cards to wish you well with your new braces. I had one to say we hope your getting on with your new brace and another to say we hope you are loving your new smile! I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. Full information given and efficiently sorted the problem

Recently I had root canal work done by Dr Jesal Savania to cure and rescue an infected tooth. I dreaded what was to come when I heard that I’d have to undergo a root canal procedure. I need not have worried!! Jesal was quite an amazing surgical expert. I experienced negligible pain and was kept informed all the way through about what was happening and before I knew it, it was done. What is also incredible was that the whole procedure was carried out through an existing crown. The crown was created some decades earlier but rather than waste it, Jesal was so skilled he rescued both crown and underlying tooth and left me feeling calm and even relaxed in the dentist chair when it was all done ! This excellent dentist and the dental practice are to be congratulated on an excellent outcome. Thank you!

Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.
