I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Thank you to the amazing team at Loughborough for a very pleasant experience.

This place is absolutely amazing the customer care and attention to detail is 5 star. Got me in on an emergency appointment. Very friendly and informative staff there. I’m a nervous patient and they were very understanding and patient with me. Encouraging and empathetic throughout the whole procedure of having a tooth out. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. 10 out of 10 at every stage of contact with Ascent. First: Almost instant phone call back following enquiry submitted on the website. Then: scheduling an appointment over the phone by super clear & efficient receptionist, followed by txt reminders & txt pre medical forms in prep for appointment. Then: Arriving in the clean, professional clinic, instantly information pack provided with pricing, info about surgery, payments plans & my dr qualification & experience. And finally: this was my 5th Invisalign consult & dr Gursh’s approach is just entire new level to anything you’ve ever experienced. Professional, efficient, attentive & perfectionist. Wealth of knowledge & fluency at every stage of examination. Very excited to start my journey to, I have no doubt, I will end up with perfectly aligned teeth. 100% recommend and I am a very particular client.

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

Ascent Dental Care has professional and friendly staff who always provide excellent treatment. I had dental implants last year and am very pleased with the outcome. Before starting and throughout the procedure the staff explained exactly what was happening and what was involved. This was very important to me.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough from the lovely reception staff to the professional and calming dentist who did my root canal treatment today. I was originally referred as I was a very nervous patient and wanted sedation. But after meeting the dentist he assured me I would cope under local anaesthetic which I did and the whole procedure was totally painless. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I NEVER believed I’d EVER be able to sit in a dentist chair and have 3 fillings done, but today, I did, Thanks to Mandeep (Dentist) and Lisa. I was a shivering, shaking, crying, nervous wreck! I felt totally in control the entire time, she went at my pace, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt very looked after. Didn’t feel a thing, not even the injection (Bad needle phobia) She is amazing at her job. The service I received was outstanding. So pleased I’ve actually found such a fantastic Dentist. The girls on reception are so lovely, warm and welcoming, they make you feel very relaxed.

I broke off a very old crown but Ascent gave me an appointment really quickly. Thorough examination and x-ray shows it can’t be replaced but explained why so, and given various options to consider. Another appointment booked in next week to progress. Very satisfied with the overall patient care provided.

I have been with this dentist for the last 40yrs, recently it has changed hands and booking appointments has been difficult at times, but the care is great. Today I had a wisdom tooth removed. The proceedure was fine and completely painless, Simon is great as the consulting surgeon for more complex surgery, I recommend him 100%

Received their usual professional friendly and efficient service. The practice has provided me with great advice on my dental health. My hygienist Tayba, aided by Alex, is most helpful and thorough in monitoring ongoing progress with my gum hygiene and cleaning.
