A Simple Solution to Replace Missing Teeth
A partial denture can be used to replace one or more missing teeth and will fit snugly alongside your remaining teeth. Partial dentures are easy to wear and patients soon adapt, bringing improved comfort when speaking and eating.
Partial dentures can be made from both acrylic or metal with plastic teeth (acrylic) and gum areas. The framework can include metal or plastic clasps to hold the denture snugly in place.

Getting Your Partial Dentures
The whole procedure can take from 2-4 weeks depending on each individual case. We will schedule a range of 20-30 minute appointments during which we will:
- Assess your facial form and features
- Look at old photographs of your smile/teeth (if you have them available)
- We may take photos of your existing dentures in the mouth
- We will carry out a thorough examination of your mouth and soft tissue to ensure you are healthy (including a free Oral Cancer check)
- We will assess the health of the surrounding teeth to ensure they are strong enough to support the denture
- Discuss and choose the type of support clasps we use
- We will take a range of impressions and molds of your mouth and teeth
- Possibly schedule a meeting with your denture technician if deemed appropriate
- Show you how to take care of your dentures at home
- Adjust the fit or reline the metal denture until optimum comfort is achieved

Treatment of this patients gum diesase was completed by our specialist. The lower incisor teeth were extracted due to their poor condition. The smile was restored with a removable denture.

Patient presented with many missing teeth. The remaining loose teeth were removed and temporary denture fitted immediately. Final dentures were fitted giving a natural smile.

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Mandeep is honestly just an angel! ❤️❤️ I came in with my little boy on Friday who has quite severe learning disabilities and once again she was as lovely as ever! She just gives such a warm welcome! William didn’t want to sit in the chair and was already pretty stressed, so Mandeep just whizzed over on her chair and had a look in his mouth whilst he was stood up, rather than wait for him to get more distressed! It made it so much easier that she just got on with it in the way Wills was happiest!
So I first started coming here as a temporary measure during lockdown when I couldn’t get an nhs appointment as everywhere was shut and I was in DESPERATE need of a dentist. However Mandeep is just soooo lovely that instead of only coming to fix the issues I had during lockdown, we’ve instead signed both myself, my partner, and our 2 kids, on to membership plans because honestly she’s just so lovely, we’d feel like we were cheating if we went anywhere else 😂😂 We love her so much that she actually regularly come up in conversation when we’re debating buying junk food from on the food shop! Neither of us want to disappoint Mandeep… we always threaten each other with “I’ll tell Mandeep next time I see her if you buy that” 😂 If she ever leaves we’ll be going with her because she’s the nicest person everrrrr!!!
Jyoti and Alex made me feel really comfortable when having my composite bonding done and the results are amazing. I only wanted a subtle change to my teeth and a natural look, would highly recommend this practice.

I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. I had a lingual brace fitted to my top teeth with Ascent Dental last year and I am very pleased with the results. I had some overcrowding and crookedness which has now been resolved and I feel much more confident with my smile! I would definitely recommend this type of brace if you are wishing to straighten your teeth invisibly, no one even noticed that I had a brace unless I pointed it out. The staff were very helpful and supportive during my treatment. I am now considering having my bottom teeth done with the same type of brace.
