This place is absolutely amazing the customer care and attention to detail is 5 star. I want to say an extra big thank you to Mandeep (dentist) and Ellie (nurse) for being with me every step of the way, your aftercare and support has been overwhelming and I’m so so pleased with the end result 😊. Anybody reading this review believe me Ascent Dental Care Loughborough is honestly the best.

Having recently moved to Leicestershire we were looking for a new dentist. My husband had a crown fitted by our previous dentist & was having pain. We both went to see Shivam at Ascent & he was fabulous. My husband was made an appointment to see a specialist & the following week he had a root canal. He’s now pain free & SO happy! The staff at the Loughborough surgery are so friendly and professional. They call to remind you of appointments & in fact called the day after hubby’s root canal to check he was ok. Wow! To say we’re impressed is an understatement. At last a dentist we can trust to take care of us. Have recommended Ascent to neighbours.

I had an emergency appointment today and Mandeep and Ellie were great at not only explaining what was happening with my tooth extraction but also keeping me calm as I was very nervous. The extraction its self was quick and in no way uncomfortable. I am very greatful to them both for putting me at ease and the being professional throughout the appointment

Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

I was treated by Ketul for teeth straightening and the lovely Rachel. I am absolutely delighted with the results, and lots of people have commented on my new smile. The professionalism and care of every member of staff is excellent. I have recommended them to several people, and I can honestly say that they are one of the best businesses I have ever used.

I cannot recommend highly enough. I am a bit of a nervous/embarrassed patient and I must say the whole team have been excellent, from the person I first contacted to the receptionists and the dental team themselves. I’m very excited to get my ‘new teeth’ and have already been so impressed that I have moved my children here too.

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Thank you to the amazing team at Loughborough for a very pleasant experience.

Received their usual professional friendly and efficient service. The practice has provided me with great advice on my dental health. My hygienist Tayba, aided by Alex, is most helpful and thorough in monitoring ongoing progress with my gum hygiene and cleaning.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve been my appointments have been on time and quick, and my dentist is really professional and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general dentistry or orthodontic/ cosmetic treatment.

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

I recently completed my teeth whitening process at Ascent in Loughborough with Dr Jyoti Parmar. This was made a little more difficult due to me having a dead tooth and a veneer at the front, however the whole process was explained and Jyoti made sure I was content with all steps.

After completing my at home whitening I had to be matched up for my new veneers, I then had to have the two dead teeth shaved down and prepared for veneer fitting. During the period my veneers were being made one of my teeth chipped and Jyoti got me in as soon as she could to assess if the veneers could still be fitted. All was well and I had my veneers fitted the next day.

The finished whitened smile with new veneers, also closing my gaps slightly looks amazing and has already given me more confidence, the teeth are lots whiter and the veneers look natural. Overall I’m extremely pleased with how my procedure turned out, the communication and levels of professionalism from all at ascent! If you’re thinking of having some whitening done or replacing veneers go with ascent, you won’t be disappointed!
