Jes and the team were fantastic! I had multiple route canals. Overall lasted about 90 mins … minimal pain honestly I felt a tiny amount of pain for no more than 1 minute throughout. Jes and his assistant were very conscientious, I was numbed at the start and throughout was asked if was doing okay.
I was little nervous beforehand, but actually could have napped midway through !
The chilled out ibiza tunes in the background in the room made for an even more relaxing atmosphere

I couldn’t recommend Ascent highly enough, especially for patients who are nervous about going to the dentist. Every member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and made me feel totally at ease, even though I was very anxious about visiting the dentist. I requested a new patient consultation and was seen by my dentist Mandeep and dental nurse Alex later that same week. Mandeep was so patient and thorough and explained the treatment I required clearly every step of the way and Alex was lovely and so reassuring. Again, appointments for the treatment were available straight away and Mandeep and dental nurse Hollie were so calming and professional. I was so happy with the service throughout this initial consultation and treatment that I have joined Ascent as a member and will continue to come for my routine check-ups and I no longer feel frightened about the prospect of a dentist visit!

Recently I had root canal work done by Dr Jesal Savania to cure and rescue an infected tooth. I dreaded what was to come when I heard that I’d have to undergo a root canal procedure. I need not have worried!! Jesal was quite an amazing surgical expert. I experienced negligible pain and was kept informed all the way through about what was happening and before I knew it, it was done. What is also incredible was that the whole procedure was carried out through an existing crown. The crown was created some decades earlier but rather than waste it, Jesal was so skilled he rescued both crown and underlying tooth and left me feeling calm and even relaxed in the dentist chair when it was all done ! This excellent dentist and the dental practice are to be congratulated on an excellent outcome. Thank you!

Ascent Dental Care has professional and friendly staff who always provide excellent treatment. I had dental implants last year and am very pleased with the outcome. Before starting and throughout the procedure the staff explained exactly what was happening and what was involved. This was very important to me.

Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

Having recently moved to Leicestershire we were looking for a new dentist. My husband had a crown fitted by our previous dentist & was having pain. We both went to see Shivam at Ascent & he was fabulous. My husband was made an appointment to see a specialist & the following week he had a root canal. He’s now pain free & SO happy! The staff at the Loughborough surgery are so friendly and professional. They call to remind you of appointments & in fact called the day after hubby’s root canal to check he was ok. Wow! I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious.
