ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I NEVER believed I’d EVER be able to sit in a dentist chair and have 3 fillings done, but today, I did, Thanks to Mandeep (Dentist) and Lisa. I was a shivering, shaking, crying, nervous wreck! I felt totally in control the entire time, she went at my pace, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt very looked after. Didn’t feel a thing, not even the injection (Bad needle phobia) She is amazing at her job. The service I received was outstanding. So pleased I’ve actually found such a fantastic Dentist. The girls on reception are so lovely, warm and welcoming, they make you feel very relaxed.

Having recently moved into the area we visited Ascent. I have been blown away by the service I received. I had a problematic tooth & was seen by a specialist who did a root canal & the results are unbelievable! Today was my 2nd visit to the hygienist who was very pleased with improvements to my gums following her recommended regime previously. The service from receptionists, dentist, specialist & Tabya my hygienist have me faultless. This practice is first class & so glad we moved there.

I cannot recommend highly enough. I am a bit of a nervous/embarrassed patient and I must say the whole team have been excellent, from the person I first contacted to the receptionists and the dental team themselves. I’m very excited to get my ‘new teeth’ and have already been so impressed that I have moved my children here too.

I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

I broke off a very old crown but Ascent gave me an appointment really quickly. Thorough examination and x-ray shows it can’t be replaced but explained why so, and given various options to consider. Another appointment booked in next week to progress. Very satisfied with the overall patient care provided.

Fantastic professionalism and flexibility to suit my demands. I was booked in originally to have some routine maintenance carried out but then after looking at the cosmetic services that Ascent provide decided to opt for Veneers. Perfect job carried out and a big thanks to all.

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

Excellent service. 10 out of 10 at every stage of contact with Ascent. First: Almost instant phone call back following enquiry submitted on the website. Then: scheduling an appointment over the phone by super clear & efficient receptionist, followed by txt reminders & txt pre medical forms in prep for appointment. Then: Arriving in the clean, professional clinic, instantly information pack provided with pricing, info about surgery, payments plans & my dr qualification & experience. And finally: this was my 5th Invisalign consult & dr Gursh’s approach is just entire new level to anything you’ve ever experienced. Professional, efficient, attentive & perfectionist. If you want to be looked after and have great teeth then this is the place to go! There is nothing I can fault about this company. They have always been so friendly, professional, always had appointment times, kept in touch to confirm appointments and the place is always spotless and smells amazing! Cleanliness is 10/10 too. They go the extra mile, sending little cards to wish you well with your new braces. I had one to say we hope your getting on with your new brace and another to say we hope you are loving your new smile! I am extremely happy with my results and I would high recommend this dentist to anyone!

I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier!
