Every member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and made me feel totally at ease, even though I was very anxious about visiting the dentist. I requested a new patient consultation and was seen by my dentist Mandeep and dental nurse Alex later that same week. Mandeep was so patient and thorough and explained the treatment I required clearly every step of the way and Alex was lovely and so reassuring. Again, appointments for the treatment were available straight away and Mandeep and dental nurse Hollie were so calming and professional. I was so happy with the service throughout this initial consultation and treatment that I have joined Ascent as a member and will continue to come for my routine check-ups and I no longer feel frightened about the prospect of a dentist visit!

Ascent Dental Care has professional and friendly staff who always provide excellent treatment. I had dental implants last year and am very pleased with the outcome. Before starting and throughout the procedure the staff explained exactly what was happening and what was involved. This was very important to me.

Replacement Upper and Lower Dentures
This patient had his remaing lower teeth removed. A new lower implant overdenture and new upper denture have been provided.
The final result was a stable lower set of teeth and beautiful looking upper teeth.

This patient has loose, worn and discoloured uper and lower dentures. This was affecting their confidence and ability to talk and eat. We provided new upper and lower dentures.

I cannot recommend highly enough. I am a bit of a nervous/embarrassed patient and I must say the whole team have been excellent, from the person I first contacted to the receptionists and the dental team themselves. I’m very excited to get my ‘new teeth’ and have already been so impressed that I have moved my children here too.
Had my permanent bridge fitted yesterday, Jyoti was absolutely brilliant, she made me feel at ease throughout all my visits .

I broke off a very old crown but Ascent gave me an appointment really quickly. Thorough examination and x-ray shows it can’t be replaced but explained why so, and given various options to consider. Another appointment booked in next week to progress. Very satisfied with the overall patient care provided.
I have been with this dentist for the last 40yrs, recently it has changed hands and booking appointments has been difficult at times, but the care is great. Today I had a wisdom tooth removed. The proceedure was fine and completely painless, Simon is great as the consulting surgeon for more complex surgery, I recommend him 100%

Having recently moved into the area we visited Ascent. I have been blown away by the service I received. I had a problematic tooth & was seen by a specialist who did a root canal & the results are unbelievable! Today was my 2nd visit to the hygienist who was very pleased with improvements to my gums following her recommended regime previously. The service from receptionists, dentist, specialist & Tabya my hygienist have me faultless. This practice is first class & so glad we moved there.
Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.
I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.
I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.
