Got me in on an emergency appointment. Very friendly and informative staff there. I’m a nervous patient and they were very understanding and patient with me. Encouraging and empathetic throughout the whole procedure of having a tooth out. Definitely recommend.

Recently I had root canal work done by Dr Jesal Savania to cure and rescue an infected tooth. I dreaded what was to come when I heard that I’d have to undergo a root canal procedure. I need not have worried!! Jesal was quite an amazing surgical expert. I experienced negligible pain and was kept informed all the way through about what was happening and before I knew it, it was done. What is also incredible was that the whole procedure was carried out through an existing crown. The crown was created some decades earlier but rather than waste it, Jesal was so skilled he rescued both crown and underlying tooth and left me feeling calm and even relaxed in the dentist chair when it was all done ! This excellent dentist and the dental practice are to be congratulated on an excellent outcome. Thank you!

Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. Received their usual professional friendly and efficient service. The practice has provided me with great advice on my dental health. My hygienist Tayba, aided by Alex, is most helpful and thorough in monitoring ongoing progress with my gum hygiene and cleaning.

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Having recently moved into the area we visited Ascent. I have been blown away by the service I received. I had a problematic tooth & was seen by a specialist who did a root canal & the results are unbelievable! Today was my 2nd visit to the hygienist who was very pleased with improvements to my gums following her recommended regime previously. The service from receptionists, dentist, specialist & Tabya my hygienist have me faultless. This practice is first class & so glad we moved there.

Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

Having recently moved to Leicestershire we were looking for a new dentist. My husband had a crown fitted by our previous dentist & was having pain. We both went to see Shivam at Ascent & he was fabulous. My husband was made an appointment to see a specialist & the following week he had a root canal. He’s now pain free & SO happy! The staff at the Loughborough surgery are so friendly and professional. They call to remind you of appointments & in fact called the day after hubby’s root canal to check he was ok. Wow!
