I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is she professional and brilliant at what she does, she’s also very friendly and put me at ease through every step. Thank you soo much!

Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. I had an emergency appointment today and Mandeep and Ellie were great at not only explaining what was happening with my tooth extraction but also keeping me calm as I was very nervous. The extraction its self was quick and in no way uncomfortable. I am very greatful to them both for putting me at ease and the being professional throughout the appointment

I cannot recommend highly enough. I am a bit of a nervous/embarrassed patient and I must say the whole team have been excellent, from the person I first contacted to the receptionists and the dental team themselves. I’m very excited to get my ‘new teeth’ and have already been so impressed that I have moved my children here too.

I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Excellent service. 10 out of 10 at every stage of contact with Ascent. First: Almost instant phone call back following enquiry submitted on the website. Then: scheduling an appointment over the phone by super clear & efficient receptionist, followed by txt reminders & txt pre medical forms in prep for appointment. Then: Arriving in the clean, professional clinic, instantly information pack provided with pricing, info about surgery, payments plans & my dr qualification & experience. And finally: this was my 5th Invisalign consult & dr Gursh’s approach is just entire new level to anything you’ve ever experienced. Professional, efficient, attentive & perfectionist. Wealth of knowledge & fluency at every stage of examination. Very excited to start my journey to, I have no doubt, I will end up with perfectly aligned teeth. 100% recommend and I am a very particular client.

Overall a good experience, friendly and informative staff.

I had a lingual brace fitted to my top teeth with Ascent Dental last year and I am very pleased with the results. I had some overcrowding and crookedness which has now been resolved and I feel much more confident with my smile! I would definitely recommend this type of brace if you are wishing to straighten your teeth invisibly, no one even noticed that I had a brace unless I pointed it out. The staff were very helpful and supportive during my treatment. I am now considering having my bottom teeth done with the same type of brace.

The treatment teceived from my dentist (Shiv) and his nurse (Holly) was excellent.. i had a crown fitted amd the whole process was went very smoothly. Shiv explained clearly all the steps he was taking and took great care to ensure the crown was a good fit.
I am extremely pleased with the end result.

Received their usual professional friendly and efficient service. The practice has provided me with great advice on my dental health. My hygienist Tayba, aided by Alex, is most helpful and thorough in monitoring ongoing progress with my gum hygiene and cleaning.
